At VIS, we believe that the enhancement of physical and mental development of children is certainly the most important contribution of sports for children. Sports balance a student's life in developing cognitive and and enhancing skills like strength, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility, control, balance etc. Students are trained from energetic expertise who provide regular coaching for sports like skating,basketball,cricket,Taekwondo,Atheletics. We encourage every child to participate in various competitions and excell in inter-school, district,state, national and international level.

  • TAEKWONDO
  • Taekwondo emphasizes moral development as well. Children learn respect for themselves and others, heightened concentration, and increased self-discipline and self-restraint.
  • BASKETBALL
  • Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world.It is a great way for kids to get active and have fun.Basketball is a team sport in which players have to work together to achieve success.It develops coordination,teamwork and adds to the development of a child’s mind.
  • YOGA
  • Yoga brings together mind, body and breath to produce perfect balance within us. In today’s rushed lifestyle, Yoga can be the perfect addition to school curriculum as it can help children keep their minds calm and grow holistically. At VIS,students practice pranayam followed by a session full of different asanas to develop concentration and flexibility of their body.
  • ATHLETIC
  • Activities like Races, Long Jump etc are all a part of Athletics which boost the morale of our students to try harder with better preparations everytime they perform. These activities stretch their abilities and enhance their stamina, muscle tone and have a number of physical benefits.
  • FOOTBALL
  • Football helps increase skills in concentration, persistence, and self-discipline. Students utilise the morning as well as the stayback hours to practice with the coach.
  • GYMNASTICS
  • To be a gymnast you must have the strength to hold on and courage to let go. At VIS,students are trained under the guidance of our energetic and motivational PE instructors.
VIS offers a plethora of sports for the students and provides an adequate environment to practice it. Thereby, balancing the physical and mental health of students.
